Accommodation Tax

From the 1st of January 2014 the State of Berlin levies an accommodation tax on all accommodation businesses. We are required to levy a 5% tax on the net price of all private overnight stays per guest on departure. This tax is not included on the offered rate and is levies additionally. Arrival & Departure

Generally our check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. You must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Early arrival and late departure are available on request and are subject to availability, please contact the reservations department to inquire. We will gladly store your baggage at any time.

Breakfast

In our Restaurant Coelln on the first floor we serve you a balanced WestinSuperfoodsRx™ Breakfast Buffet from Mondays to Fridays from 6:30am to 10:30am and on weekends until 11:00am. With fibre-filled cereals, fresh fruit and healthy smoothies you can start your day feeling energised.

Concierge

Do you need theatre tickets, do you need to order a taxi, reserve a table in a restaurant, or are you looking for valuable city tips? Our concierges are available to you in the reception area right around the clock.

Conferences & Events

Extra beds are available to you from the Superior Room Category upwards at a charge of EUR 60.00 per night.

Internet

From the 1st of December 2016 we offer all hotel guests free Internet with a speed of up to 512 kbit/s in the lobby. The Premium High Speed Internet via cable or WiFi with up to 100 MBit/s for only EUR 15.00 per day – continual expiry triggered by first login, shared bandwidth, max. bandwidth of guest Internet is 100 Mbit/s.

Parking

Valet Service is available at a surcharge of 32.00 EUR per night including the parking fee. Pull up with your car and we will help you with your luggage and safely park your car for you.

Pets

With the unique Westin HeavenlyRX Dog Programme with an especially soft dog bed, a feeding bowl with a mat, a bottle of Vittel mineral water and a sign on the room door. Dogs up to 20 kg are welcome in our hotel.

Restaurants & Bar

The Relish Restaurant with Asian and French cuisine, with mainly regional organic produce is located in the lobby area and offers a great view of the lively Friedrichstrasse. Our breakfast restaurant Coelln is located on the first floor. Further information can be found under „Breakfast“. For a relaxing break from the lively city, we recommend an aromatic coffee in our Lobby Bar in the Atrium at the feet of the famous open staircase.

Smoking ban

Since 2006 Westin has been one of the first hotel brands with a complete smoking ban in all of its hotels. Smoking is banned in all rooms, restaurants and other public areas. Smoking is allowed outside of the hotel.
